Villa San Giacomo is a Catholic residence for university students. We are pleased to accept applications from international students who are keen to share in our community life, and may be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from their parish priest or minister. 
Students admitted between January and March 2026 are required to pay €700 per month for board and lodging, which includes all meals (breakfast, lunch with take-out option, dinner) and a single room with a private bathroom. Reductions are available for single rooms with shared bathroom (€670 per month), double rooms with private bathroom (€650 per month), as well as for members of large families (two or more teenage siblings) or single-parent families experiencing financial hardship (subject to individual assessment).
